As we are versatile in style and design we are happy to work with all budgets to create a cake for your occasion – from simple and elegant designs to a fully customised unique design.  We will always commit our highest level of skills, ensuring you are more than satisfied with our creation.

As every cake is different we will provide a custom quote for your cake following your consultation.  Prices will range depending on the size and intricacy of your cake.

Our filled wedding and celebration cakes typically have 3 to 4 layers of moist cake with 2 -3 layers of tasty filling per tier.  The standard tier height is 100mm. We fill and coat the tiered cakes with silky smooth Swiss meringue buttercream or chocolate ganache or a combination of these and jam or lemon curd.

Our tiered, double barrelled and single tier cakes can be finished with your choice of buttercream, ganache or fondant.  These will all keep your cake moist and provides a smooth or textured finish to your creation or canvas for more elaborate decorations.  (We will discuss the advantages of different finishes during your consultation, as these can be influenced by the time of year and venue.)

All cakes can be served as either treat size or dessert portions; served with Chantilly cream and a little berry coulis they are extra delicious.

Prices – Our quotes are based on dessert size portions, and allow for different combinations of cake sizes. The following prices are indicative of decorated fondant-covered wedding cakes.

Elegant and Simple Designs

1-2 tier cake to serve  40 – 50 people $350

3 tier cake to serve 70-80 people $450

Trendy and Custom Designs

1 -2 tier cake to serve 40 – 50 $400

3 tier cake to serve 70 – 80 people $500

Elaborate Showstoppers

All cakes are priced according to the number of portions, the intricacy of design and decorations.

We are happy to provide delivery and setup to complete our service – Delivery to Toowoomba is $30 and to other destinations the charge will be provided on request.  Each cake will be accompanied by a delivery sheet for the benefit of your catering team so they understand the internal structure and overall construction of your cake for cutting and serving purposes.
